After the judgment of 3 October 2019 of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in the case C-260/18, there was a positive breakthrough in the settlements of Swiss franc cases. Courts rely on the interpretation of the CJEU and issue judgments favorable to borrowers. Recent years have turned out to be a series of successes for borrowers, who are involved in the so-called "Swiss francs loan agreements" and who are claiming their rights in court. The line of jurisprudence is directed primarily at the annulment of the loan agreement.

What should you have?

Our Law Firm analyzes contracts for Swiss franc (CHF) loans and other foreign currency loans. In order to perform the legal analysis of the contract, we need:

1. Credit Agreement,
2.  The regulations applicable to your loan agreement, in the wording in force on the date of its conclusion,
3. Annex to the loan agreement;

On the basis of these documents, we will perform an initial legal analysis and present possible scenarios of the case, we will suggest the best solution and freeing yourself from the loan, or reducing its installments.

International cooperation

Services for people of Polish origin living in the USA:

1. Obtaining a document confirming Polish citizenship (including legal consultations, preparation of a list of documents necessary for the client to obtain, representation before competent institutions in Poland),

2. Transcripts of marital status records, i.e. entering foreign records into the registry of the Registry Office in Poland (birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates),

3. Disclosure of a divorce judgment issued abroad in the Polish marriage certificate,

4. Assistance in obtaining a Polish passport, PESEL number and ID card.
